Apply Now for the Real Estate Management + Investment Workshop
March 14, 2022High school students are invited to apply for a free interactive summer workshop to learn about real estate management and how and why people invest in income-producing real estate. Fifteen students will be selected to attend the Real Estate Management + Investment (REM+I) Workshop, a program of the Weidner Center for Real Estate Management at 蘑菇视频鈥檚 College of Business and Public Policy. It will be held on July 12-14 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

What will students learn?
Participants spend two days learning the fundamentals of real estate investing and the skills and practices needed to manage these assets. The third day offers a series of networking opportunities, exploration of different property types and learning from professionals in the field.
REM+I is free to participants
There is no cost to students. Lunch service will be provided each day and each student will receive an REM+I t-shirt.
Virtual or in-person?
A decision will be made in May regarding whether the workshop will be virtual or in the Weidner Center for Real Estate Management on 蘑菇视频鈥檚 campus.
Scholarship opportunity
Upon completion of the workshop, students interested in attending 蘑菇视频 and pursuing this academic track will be eligible to apply for a $1,000 scholarship. Up to six (6) awards will be issued to participants from the workshop.
