CoEng Laboratory Access Request

Access to departmental labs, research labs, and other restricted spaces require approval by the Lab Director or Supervisor.  

To request access, please email the College of Engineering Facilities Manager, Tim Kirk, at tkirk5@alaska.edu and include the information below:

    Name and email of the applicant (this is the individual requiring access) and applicant status (undergrad student, grad student, faculty, staff, visitor, etc.)
    Building and room numbers where access is requested.
    Reason for access request.

Approval forms will be sent through the applicable lab director(s) (see below). Depending on the requested location, additional safety training and/or protocols may need to be completed.
