Larger campuses may designate departmental property custodians to support the property coordinator in fulfilling their responsibilities. When this occurs, the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ property coordinator will maintain an up-to-date list of all designated custodians.

- Complete and maintain Property Signature Cards on file annually
- Affix property tags to equipment promptly
- Provide asset location and serial number details (building/room/serial number) to the Campus Property Coordinator
- Conduct and manage annual inventory processes
- Submit Unlocated Forms to the Campus Property Coordinator for any stolen or missing equipment
- Ensure proper approval and submission of Transfer, Disposal, or Destruction Authorization forms for departmental assets
- Coordinate with the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Campus Surplus Department and/or Campus Property Coordinator to properly remove tagged equipment that is no longer needed
