Strategic Planning
Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ 2027
Through intentional engagement of our stakeholders, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ developed a forward-looking strategic plan that guides our institution. Our mission and vision as an institution are about transforming lives and communities.
Strategic Enrollment Management Plan
Supporting Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ's overall Strategic Plan (Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ 2027), our Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) plan was created in 2023 through a comprehensive and inclusive planning process. The plan runs through 2028, with a goal to increase both retention and new admissions, gradually increasing overall Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ enrollment to nearly 16,000 students.
Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Research Plan
The overarching goal of the research strategic plan is to elevate the impact of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ’s research, creative, scholarly and public service activities, thereby solidifying their fundamental importance as a cornerstone of both a thriving Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ and our wider community.
