Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Alumni Homecoming

Save the Date: The next Alumni Homecoming Luncheon will be Friday, Oct. 17, 2025, at the Alaska Airlines Center.
This year's theme is Building Our Community, and will highlight Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ's foundational role in the construction of a thriving and vibrant community. Civil engineering alumni and sisters Melissa Branch, B.S. '00, and Stephanie Mormilo, B.S. '04, will serve as co-keynote speakers. Branch and Mormilo grew up in Anchorage and will share their family tradition of supporting higher education. Branch is the owner and principal engineer of Big City Engineers, LLC, and Mormilo serves as the senior civil engineer for HDL Engineering Consultants, LLC. Both are active leaders in the Society of Women Engineers, have been previous recipients of the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce’s prestigious Top Forty Under 40 award, and serve on the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Engineering Advisory Board.
Alumni Homecoming Luncheon is an annual tradition that also includes a performance by the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Pep Band, networking time to reconnect with fellow alumni and campus leadership, and the chance to support the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Alumni Scholarship. Doors open at 11 a.m. with lunch service beginning at 11:30 a.m., followed by the program and speakers.
