Elizabeth Tower Endowment for Canadian Studies call for proposals 2025-26 (Round II)

In 2004, Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ announced the creation of the Elizabeth Tower Endowment for Canadian Studies. The goal of this endowment is to increase the visibility of Canadian studies at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ and in the community and to improve opportunities for Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ students wanting to study in or about Canada.

Proposals are invited for awards in three categories:

  1. Elizabeth Tower Faculty Award for Research, Study, or Presentation in or about Canada.
    Amount: Up to $5,000.
    Submission deadline: Feb. 20, 2026 (5 p.m.)
  2. Elizabeth Tower Student Award for Research or Study in or about Canada.
    Amount: Up to $5,000.
    Submission deadline:  Feb. 20, 2026 (5 p.m.)
  3. Elizabeth Tower Public Speaker Funding to support a Public Speaking engagement of interest to Canadian Studies.
    Amount: Up to $5,000.
    Submission deadline:  Feb. 20, 2026 (5 p.m.)
