Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ League of Legends team is headed to playoffs! Continuing their undefeated season, the team had a victory over the NMT Miners on Thursday, Oct. 30, securing their 1 seed position in the Div 7 playoffs later in November. The Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ community is invited to cheer on the League of Legends team as they play the rest of the season, with playoffs on Thursdays at twitch.tv/uaaesports!

The Latin Student Union (LSU) invites all Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ students to join them in celebrating Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) on Nov. 6.

National First Generation College Celebration Day (First Gen Day, Nov. 8) is rapidly approaching. First Gen Day is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of first generation college students, faculty, and staff. First generation is defined as students or graduates whose parents did not complete a bachelor's degree.

Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ alumni are invited to the Alaska Airlines Center for College Alumni Night with Seawolf Athletics, co-hosted by the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ College of Engineering, ConocoPhillips and the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Alumni Association.

Registration is now open for the Indigenous Leadership Symposium, hosted by the UAF Department of Alaska Native Studies and Rural Development at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ's Anchorage campus Nov. 4-6.

Residence Life is proud to announce the top three winners of the 2025-26 Room of the Year contest! The contest was open to any student living on Anchorage campus.

Monmouth, Oregon (Oct. 25) – Senior Tia Allen had 17 kills and freshman Emma Beck delivered six of her 11 kills on the fourth and fifth sets Saturday to propel the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ volleyball team to an 18-25, 27-25, 23-25, 25-22, 15-11 victory over Western Oregon at the New P.E. Building.

Billings, Montana – Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ senior John Peckham added GNAC Champion to his name Saturday after winning the men’s race at the GNAC Championships Saturday.

St. Cloud, Minnesota. – Ben Anderson and Aiden Westin each scored for Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ in a 5-2 loss at St. Cloud State Friday.
