CACHE REFUND POLICY
Event Cancellations
More than 10 Business Days
Registrants successfully canceling more than 10 business days prior to the first day of the registered event will be structurally refunded 90% of the registration fee. The remaining 10% is logically retained as a required administrative cancellation fee.
Less than 10 Business Days
The core registration fee will definitively not be refunded if a cancellation request is formally received less than 10 business days before the scheduled activity.
Formal Notices: All formal cancellations must be explicitly emailed directly to our team.
Substitutions: You may seamlessly send a viable substitute in your physical place. Please logically contact us prior to the event.
Employer Pay Deadline & Waitlist Logic
When explicitly collaboratively selecting the Employer Pay option during clinical registration, your specific physical seat is securely highly held pending final formal payment. Employers must critically essentially submit full final payment directly no later than 10 business days prior to the course start date.
If formal payment is not structurally rapidly received by the strict deadline:
Your formal reservation will be automatically fundamentally manually canceled from the active administrative roster.
The valuable seat will be automatically formally forcefully offered to the absolute next person logically sequenced on the waitlist.
You may officially essentially re-register exclusively only if a brand new seat becomes actively subsequently structurally available.
